Anders and I met Lena in the cities yesterday to go and see Shrek The Musical at the Children's Theater. I had not been there since I was little, so it was fun to be able to take him. It was an amazing show with great talent! Anders really enjoyed it! It was fun to see him giggle! There was a scene where Princess Fiona was greeting all the animals in the morning. There was a stuffed deer that she was dancing with. Anders said, "If dad were here, he would shoot it."

Since the Minneapolis Institute of Arts is connected to the Children's Theater, we decided to use up some time before the show touring the museum. Surprisingly, Anders enjoyed the tour. He loved looking at the artwork on the Ipads and then finding the actual piece in the museum.
We enjoyed some yummy pizza at Pizza Luce in Uptown after the show. I had been to the Pizza Luce in Duluth, but this was just as yummy!!
